About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a MA in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College, and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies.

I have a diverse clinical background with experience in a variety of arenas. Everything from executive coaching and personal transformation work, to crisis work, anxiety and depression, and forensic mental health.

I am great at working with people who are working on themselves and who are looking to be active participants in their transformation. I focus on the concepts of possibility and growth in the work that I do with clients. I feel that it’s important to understand the past, but my working emphasis is on creating the future that you want for yourself. I believe in helping people to achieve their goals and ultimately encouraging their autonomy and transforming the relationship once I am no longer a helpful part of the process.
